Problem

Every closed deal needs a mutual success plan to guide a successful Make deployment, but reps built them by hand. It was slow and inconsistent right at the moment onboarding needed to start.

Approach

Automate the first draft. Fill the MSP skeleton from what the team already has: call transcripts and CRM data. Leave reps to refine, not to start from scratch.

What I built

  • An automation that generates a first-draft mutual success plan from call transcripts and CRM data.
  • Populates the standard MSP skeleton so every plan follows the same structure.
  • Hands reps an editable draft at the moment of close.

Results

  • Cut MSP creation from roughly 1 hour to minutes.
  • Produces a consistent plan for every closed-won deal.
  • Gets post-purchase onboarding moving faster.
