Problem

Building a consumption story for expansion conversations was manual and slow. Reps needed a clear, customer-facing view of how an account was using the product to drive vertical and horizontal expansion.

Approach

Give reps a self-serve interface: enter a customer domain and a date range, and generate a polished, customer-facing report that doubles as a consultative selling tool.

What I built

  • An interface built with Claude Code and v0 that generates a consumption report on demand.
  • Surfaces current usage, AI usage, department and scenario categorization, and more.
  • An expansion calculator that models what growth could look like based on current usage.

Results

  • Generates a customer-ready report in under a minute.
  • Supports both vertical and horizontal expansion plays.
  • Turns raw usage data into a consultative conversation reps can run with.
