Problem

The GTM team's most useful automations lived in scattered tools that only a few people knew how to run. Good workflows went underused because they were hard to reach.

Approach

Expose those tools and workflows through a single MCP toolbox so anyone on the GTM team can trigger them conversationally from Claude, with no training required.

What I built

  • A custom MCP server that packages GTM tools and workflows behind one interface.
  • Exposed common actions like lookups, enrichment, and reporting as callable tools.
  • Made the whole kit available to the GTM team through Claude.

Results

  • Put 15+ tools and workflows one prompt away.
  • Gave non-technical GTM teammates self-serve access to automations they could not run before.
  • Cut the need to hop between multiple internal tools.
