Pre-Call Prep

One click the night before pulls full intel on tomorrow's prospects and attendees.

Pre-call research cut from ~20 minutes to one click
Sales Automation

Problem

Reps walked into calls under-prepared because gathering context took real time: past history, existing usage, who was on the call. Most skipped it when the day got busy.

Approach

Push prep to reps before it is needed. The night before, alert them to tomorrow's calls with a one-click gather intel button that assembles everything automatically.

What I built

  • A pre-call alert for the next day's meetings with a gather intel action.
  • Pulls prior sales history, any self-serve accounts, user counts, and background on who is on the call.
  • Delivers it in a format reps can skim right before they dial in.

Results

  • Cut pre-call research from about 20 minutes to a single click.
  • Gives reps context on every scheduled call, not just the ones they had time to prep.
  • Surfaces existing self-serve usage that often becomes the wedge for the conversation.
