Problem

Prepping for a customer call meant digging through Salesforce, past call transcripts, and notes scattered across tools. Reps either spent 20 minutes prepping or walked in cold.

Approach

Automatically assemble everything known about a deal and have AI synthesize a crisp, actionable brief delivered right before the meeting.

What I built

  • A Make scenario that gathers Salesforce data and prior call transcripts for an opportunity.
  • An AI step that generates a deal-review summary: status, risks, and recommended next steps.
  • Delivery straight to the rep in Slack ahead of the call.

Results

  • Prep time per call cut to near-zero.
  • Reps show up informed and consistent.
